The TGPA Learning Management System (LMS) is the Academy’s centralized digital platform designed to support structured and continuous professional development for Police Officers of and above the rank of Sub-Inspectors, including Gazetted Officers (DySsP), Forensic Scientists, Additional / Assistant Public Prosecutors, and officers from allied departments such as Customs & Excise, Motor Vehicle Inspectors, and Forest Range Officers from Telangana State and other States on request. The LMS enables delivery of Mandatory in-service training, Training of Trainers programs, Orientation and Thematic courses, Conversion and Computer courses, Outdoor training modules, Ministerial Staff courses, and Seminars / Workshops, ensuring standardized training, digital assessment, certification management, and consistent learning outcomes.

Integrated with the LMS is the Knowledge Management System (KMS), a centralized repository of institutional knowledge including SOPs, legal updates, operational guidelines, case studies, and training resources. The KMS incorporates AI-powered assistance that allows officers to quickly retrieve relevant information, clarify procedures, and access updated knowledge in real time, thereby strengthening operational efficiency, informed decision-making, and modern policing capabilities.
